  I was in at dinner time and there was one staff member serving and a lady with a large delivery order being put through. Myself and another customer were patiently waiting. The lady serving was very vocal about not being worried about the queue and blaming company. After a few minutes another staff member came down to get on till and was chatting on his way down and then opened another till without inviting myself or other customer and proceeded to serve a staff member who was finishing shift. Very unprofessional and annoying when we had been waiting. No one apologised for wait and staff member who was served then stood talking to the lady who eventually served me so I was barely acknowledged by lady serving. They were discussing both been in together the next day and saying it'd be the b#tch shift. Won't be shopping there again !
